What if my car is still under factory warranty from the dealership?
You’re still covered. Federal law allows you to choose where to service your vehicle without voiding the warranty—Federal law generally allows you to use an independent repair shop without automatically voiding your factory warranty. We follow the applicable service specifications and use quality parts appropriate for the repair. Warranty-covered defects and recalls should still be handled through the manufacturer or dealer.
Do you accept extended warranties?
If you have an extended warranty, call us with your policy information before your visit. We can review the repair and let you know what we can coordinate with your warranty provider.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Warranty coverage can vary by repair and part. Ask us about the warranty that applies to your specific service before work begins.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day service may be available depending on the repair, scheduling, and parts availability. Call ahead and we’ll let you know what to expect.
Can I bring my own parts?
We do not install customer-supplied parts. To stand behind our work, we supply the parts used for repairs and select quality components appropriate for the vehicle and service.
Will you reset my service light after an oil change or repair?
We use professional and make-specific diagnostic equipment to service and reset applicable vehicle systems.
Do you offer towing if my car doesn’t run?
Yes—we can help arrange a tow if your vehicle isn’t drivable. Just give us a call and we’ll coordinate the best option for your situation.
Do you offer detailing or car wash services?
Not at this time, but we’re happy to recommend a local trusted provider if you’d like detailing after your repair is complete.
